Topseal Used for Complicated Roof Details



Owing to its Flexibility, Topseal is ideally suited to application where there is complicated roof detail.
As Topseal is formed as a monolithic layer there are no joints or seams to lead to early failure as can be expected when using traditional or high performance felts. As Topseal is cold applied on site the laminate can be formed to seal any shape regardless of its complexity. Topseal is highly suited to permanently seal areas such as:-

Roof Lights, Soil Pipes, Dormers, Gutters,
Walk Ways, Parapets and Walls.
