A Topseal Roof can be installed in roughly the same time as it would take to install a traditional felt roof. However, timing is very much down to the configuration of each roof and therefore we suggest that you request a free of charge and without obligation site survey from one of our local approved Topseal Contractors. Topseal is one of the most versatile materials on the market and can be used in many applications. Topseal has to be installed in dry conditions and always to a good solid and sound deck. We strongly recommend that Sterling OSB 3 boards are laid in order to maximise performance. If the old deck is in reasonable repair the new deck can be overlaid in order to form a new substrate for Topseal. Trims are fixed directly onto the new decking in order to form the joint free monolithic layer.
