I/we hereinafter referred to as the Contractor, herewith authorise Topseal Systems Limited, hereinafter referred to as Topseal, to issue a guarantee on our behalf in connection with the aforementioned application. The Contractor agrees that for a period of 20 years from the date of completion that if the installation proves defective by way of faulty application or fixing procedure by the Installer, that the Contractor will undetake to repair free of charge the affected area or areas without charge to the customer.
