Topseal laminate consists of Polyester Resin reinforced with a 450
or 600 gramme chop strand glass fibre mat. As seen in the picture
to the right when installed with non T&G decking each board joint
is also taped. Therefore once the laminate is applied, the taped
areas will have a double thickness of mat giving a laminate of approximately
900 grammes This provides the strongest of laminates at what would
be the weakest point of the roof.
Roll
your cursor over the picture to see the laminate being applied.
A
Topseal roof can be specified with a number of finishes to further
enhance its aesthetics. For example an anti- slip chipping can be
added to the top coat or can be applied to the finished surface.
Alternatively the topcoat can be pigmented to almost any British
Standard colour. Examples of finishes can be found by clicking here
