When installed to the recommended specification a Topseal Roof should provide you with years of protection, against even the harshest of weather conditions. There are NO known performance faults with a Topseal Roof when correctly installed.

If problems do occur with the laminate, there is always a simple explanation, and in most circumstances a simple and permanent repair can be effected to rectify the fault which is usually invisible when completed.

This section highlights the most most common questions we are asked in connection with the performance of a Topseal Roof. However, it should be noted that in 99% of cases problems only occur if installation is carried out incorrectly or in the wrong weather conditions. Under NO circumstances can Topseal be installed in Damp Conditions.
