The 25-year guaranteed BBA approved Topseal GRP roofing system can be used for a wide variety of domestic, commercial and architectural applications. There are 98 colours, three finishes and four levels of protection available giving you 1,176 options to choose from, which you can use in practically any size, shape or angle of pitch.
You can choose from any of the BS4800 range of colours (98 options). The finishes are available in smooth, coated aggregate and non-slip. The levels of protection available are as follows:

Topseal is used extensively as a lead replacement or alternative to copper for roofs, gutter linings and complex architectural detail work. For listed buildings Topseal can also be used to simulate rolled rib joints.
Colour matching can be achieved by using a topcoat with a lead grey or copper green finish, providing a like-for-like appearance and long-lasting performance, without the need for expensive highly skilled labour. The standard thickness (450g/m2) Topseal roof. Topseal standard finish is a hard wearing laminate which is suitable for occasional foot traffic. The Topseal standard finish has a 25-year product performance and comprehensive manufacturers guarantee. Topseal standard has a life expectancy of 100 years under normal conditions.
Topseal HD is an extra thick (600g/m2) product designed specifically for areas where frequent foot traffic is expected( for example, balconies, walkways etc.). Please note that you are advised to select a ‘non-slip’ finish for areas where regular foot traffic is expected (you can select your type of finish in ‘Step 2’). Topseal HD has a 25-year product performance and comprehensive manufacturers guarantee. Topseal HD has a life expectancy of 100 years under normal conditions.

This is the standard effect finish, suitable for most types of conditions. The finish is smooth.
Coated aggregate is a type of non-slip coating which is incorporated into the final layer of topcoat for a coloured slip-resistant finish.
A non-slip finish is an exposed non-slip finish, which is the most effective and recommended for areas of regular foot traffic.
