The Topseal GreenTop system was installed for the waterproofing layer in order to maintain a watertight membrane underneath a green roof finish.

​This domestic balcony required a flat roofing system that could withstand heavy footfall and therefore made use of our Topseal HD system. This Heavy Duty system came with a watertight guarantee of 25 years and was applied with an anti-slip finish to help reduce slips and falls.

Our standard Topseal roofing system was used here to replace these lead domes. As our system is liquid applied it is versatile and easily shaped to replicate the domed shape required for this project. It was finished off with a simulated lead finish to create a like-for-like lead look without the need to use lead.
