This environmental newbuild required a bespoke GRP flat roof to be laid on the multi-level spiral roof. The liquid applied Topseal HD system was used to produce the stunning spiral which finishes off this new build property with a flourish. Topseal Systems innovative Direct Lay system was used on multiple small roofs at this educational establishment. This system was chosen because it can be laid without the need to remove the existing substrate making it the perfect solution for refurbishment roofing while causing minimal disruption on the site. Driffield School received a 20 year guarantee on the new roofs and the work was able to take place without disturbing any school lessons.

The flat roof of this apartment building had fallen into disrepair and needed to be replaced to keep this property watertight. Our standard Topseal system was used in order to guarantee the roof would protect the property for 25 years but the system should last much longer than that. As all of Topseal’s roofing systems are liquid applied there are no joins in the final roof and this leads to a single solid membrane.

Topseal’s standard GRP roofing system has been used on this music college to create these stunning architectural arches in order to finish off the roof with a flourish. The versatility of our liquid applied systems allow them to be used on all manner of projects and can waterproof much more than a simple flat roof. This project also shows that a roof can add to the visual form of a building rather than just be a functional addition.

Our HD system has been used on this 1200m² commercial roof.
