If you’re concerned that your new roof may not match the colour or style of your existing property don’t worry, as we offer you the chance to design your new roof with us, ensuring that both the colour and style blend perfectly with the rest of your building.
Whether it’s an historic property with intricate brickwork and traditional architecture or a straight-edged modern commercial premise, we will work with you to make sure that everything matches up and nothing clashes. If colour is an important factor in your new roof design you’ll be pleased to hear that we offer a range of colours to give you a little more creative freedom. These include cherry red, brown, olive green, chestnut, dark grey, chilli red, vellum, navy blue, dark green, white, mahogany, chestnut, black and racing green, so feel free to take your time deciding which one would look best.
The choice doesn’t stop there, as we also offer a selection of three finishes, which can add a subtle yet important difference to the style of your roof. The first is a smooth finish, which is available in any colour. The second is coated aggregate, also available in any colour and has a textured appearance to the surface. The third is a non-slip coating and is recommended for any area of roofing that will be used for foot traffic, such as balconies, external walkways and stairs.
If your property boasts a little more history and includes complex architectural detail work, that’s not a problem either, as we offer simulated lead and copper, which can be used to maintain a charming, historic look. To achieve a matching finish, a specially formulated topcoat will be used in the appropriate colour, with the end result being a new addition that will look like an original part of the building.
Believe it or not, we also offer you the option to incorporate nature into your new roof in the form of our increasingly popular green roofs. These not only look great but are completely watertight and protects your property from internal temperature fluctuations. You will have the option of having either sedum flowering plants or wildflowers, which are both equally as beautiful in our opinion.
If all of this sounds a bit too much to choose from all at once, rest assured that we will advise you to help you make your decision, so why not get in touch to discuss your project further.
