How versatile is the Topseal system?

We understand that each roof is different, which is why we have designed our Topseal roofing systems to be as versatile as possible, allowing it to conform to practically all shapes, sizes and even those awkward areas you thought would be impossible to replace and waterproof.

The versatility of our roofing systems is down to the cold liquid application process, which ensures that every single area is covered and sealed. A lot of other roofing systems use sheets, which can be a nightmare to cut and fit to small or awkward spots, often leaving inaccuracies and increasing the chances of the area leaking in the near future. Our liquid applied roofs on the other hand give a clean, seamless finish and the liquid cures quickly, ensuring that waterproofing protection begins almost immediately.

It’s perfect for roofs featuring orangeries or roof lights, as the liquid resin is installed with the help of our approved installers. You also won’t have to worry about detailed areas and edges against brickwork, as the liquid resin and topcoat and trims of the Topseal Systems will ensure every area is sealed without leaving a mess to clean up. This top quality application process is proven and perfect for all kinds of premises, whether commercial, listed or domestic.

Another fantastic benefit of our liquid application is that it is cold applied with no need for heat, making it more environmentally friendly than other roofing systems, our company also holds the ISO: 14001 environmental certification. This helps us to reduce our carbon footprint and also makes the application process much more pleasant.

Once your new Topseal roof is applied you can start enjoying the benefits, such as increased insulation (if a warm roof is installed) helping you to save money on heating in the long run and also peace of mind that your roof is now highly impact resistant. We are proud of the strength and resilience of our roofing systems, which was recently put to the test. We tested the strength of our roof along with a rubber roof and a bitumen roof by dropping a roof slate on to each roof to see what damage it would do. The rubber roof and bitumen roof incurred moderate damage, whilst our GRP (Glass Reinforced Plastic – Fibreglass) roofing was only esthetically damaged, which could be easily fixed with a minor touch up of the top layer.
