The system will come with a 40 year guarantee and will consist of 2 x 450g/m2 Topseal laminate along with our specially formulated roofing resins and topcoats. (The 40 year guarantee is only issued on roofing applications)
The Topseal Double Top system is designed for projects that require extreme durability. The system can be used for almost any roofing application. It is a great system to have installed on busy work and commercial roofing projects as the roof will be maintenance free and guaranteed for 40 years on materials and workmanship meaning less disruption to the on goings underneath the roof.
