We have worked on many types of roofs from old roof replacements to contributing to new builds whether domestic or commercial. Our roofing systems are flexible and versatile, allowing us to work on listed buildings without making replacements look out of place. We also a number of colour combinations and finishes you can take advantage of when designing your perfect roof. The Topseal fibreglass roofing systems are fire retardant and UV resistant materials, adding to the safety and quality of each of our products.
Our Green Promise
We care about the environment, which is why our materials are sustainable and safe. We are ISO:14001 certified, meaning that we have put in place an Environmental Management System, helping us to meet all specified requirements. We also use FSC (Forestry Stewardship Council) certified OSB3 for all of our decking and our flat roofing and water proofing systems achieve a generic BRE Global Green Guide summary rating of ‘A’ for domestic and ‘A+’ for commercial roofing when installed to the Topseal specification.
Our Trusted Installers
You can enjoy peace of mind that your roof will be installed by the professionals that know best, as each and every one of our trusted installers have undergone an intensive Topseal training program at Topseal. They also have to pass inspection on Topseal installations that they complete after they have attended the initial approved installer training course. Here, the installers learn every aspect of Topseal products ensuring that they can carry out each installation efficiently and safely and fully understand the Topseal specification.
Each installer will have their own unique verification number, so you can be 100% confident that they are working with us. You will be able to verify each code quickly and conveniently by using the Installer Verification box on the homepage of our website. Once verified, they can then get on with installing your chosen Topseal GRP system, whether it be the Topseal Greentop or standard Topseal system for your flat roof.
Our Guarantees
We’re so confident that our Topseal roofing systems will last, we offer a 25 or 30-year material and workmanship guarantees depending on the Topseal system you choose, giving you confidence that you are buying and investing in a roof that will last. Due to the quality of the materials we use, primarily GRP (Glass Reinforced Plastic aka fibreglass) you should expect a lifespan of more than 100 years!
